IE Tem announced Internet Explorer 8 Beta 1 for developers and designers. Release notes can be downloaded from here. You can report bugs if you sign up on Microsoft site: http://connect.microsoft.com
The interesting thing is that Beta 1 doesn't pass Acid 2 test although people from IE Team said it will pass. Read more about this here.
